RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your item/s within 30 days or receipt, please contact us for a return.
Please follow these steps to return your order:
- Fill out the contact form stating the item/s that you would like to return, as well as your order number, and the reason why you are returning your order.
- We will email you a prepaid return label so that you may return your item/s at no additional cost.
- Prepare your shipment in the original packaging provided. If a tag was included with your item/s, please do not remove it. We cannot accept returns if the tag is missing.
- Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item/s. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment used for purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending your card issuer’s policies.
- Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and it needs to have the receipt. Unfortunately, if your product does not meet these criteria, it will not be considered for return.
- Please check your item/s thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any tags.
- Shipping costs, taxes and duties for returning the product are non-refundable.
- If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
- Products damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- Bespoke orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
