Shipping / Returns & Refunds


At Amìle, our goal is to ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Please Note: Due to COVID-19 and a high volume of orders, you can expect a delay in shipping and processing time. We apologize for the inconvenience. All Pre-Order/Bespoke/Made to Order products require additional processing and shipping times due to the crafting of these items. 


The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, product creation, quality check, and packaging. Our processing times can range from 5 – 14 Business Days.
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 – 7 Business Days to arrive at their destination but can take longer depending on delays.


Shipment to APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to provide shipping to APO/FPO addresses.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.



Amìle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, we are only able to provide shipping within the United States at this time.



If you are not satisfied with your item/s within 30 days or receipt, please contact us for a return.

Please follow these steps to return your order:

  1. Fill out the contact form stating the item/s that you would like to return, as well as your order number, and the reason why you are returning your order.
  2. We will email you a prepaid return label so that you may return your item/s at no additional cost.
  3. Prepare your shipment in the original packaging provided. If a tag was included with your item/s, please do not remove it. We cannot accept returns if the tag is missing.
  4. Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item/s. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment used for purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending your card issuer’s policies.

Please note:

  • Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and it needs to have the receipt. Unfortunately, if your product does not meet these criteria, it will not be considered for return.
  • Please check your item/s thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any tags.
  • Shipping costs, taxes and duties for returning the product are non-refundable.
  • If you received a damaged product (not as a result of shipping), please notify us immediately for assistance.
  • Products damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • Bespoke orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
